How to Delete a Story on Snapchat (iPhone & Android)

Written By Alex Cherry

My Story and Our Story are two Snapchat features. They’re very different from each other. The default setting for My Story is for it to be up for 24 hours and be viewable by your friends. Our Story may be available worldwide on Snapchat for a day, two days, or much longer. Snapchat will then delete it after the specified times have passed.

While Snapchat stories are only meant to be up for 24 hours, there are situations when even that is too long, and you need to erase it. You can find the option to delete it from the Story itself.

If you want a step-by-step guide on how you can do it, continue reading to learn more.
